PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articular cartilage lesion treatment-accelerating agent and a tendon lesion treatment-accelerating agent containing collagen peptide derived from fishes and high in safety as an active ingredient, and to provide foods and drinks containing these agents.

SOLUTION: The collagen peptide derived from fishes is contained as an active ingredient for the articular cartilage lesion treatment-accelerating agent and the tendon lesion treatment-accelerating agent. The articular cartilage lesion treatment-accelerating agent and the tendon lesion treatment-accelerating agent may contain the collagen peptide derived from fishes and N-acetylglucosamine as active ingredients. The foods and drinks labeled that they are usable for accelerating articular cartilage lesion treatment or accelerating tendon lesion treatment are obtained by containing the collagen derived from fishes as an active ingredient. The foods and drinks may contain the collagen peptide derived from fishes and N-acetylglucosamine as active ingredients.
