TREATMENT INSTRUMENT FOR ENDOSCOPE AND TREATMENT INSTRUMENT SYSTEM FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no labor and to reduce time so as to reduce a burden on a patient by speedily choosing an electrode part having a shape suitable respectively for cutting treatment and procoagulant treatment.

SOLUTION: This treatment instrument 1 for endoscope is provided with: an insulating insertion part 5; a tubular first electrode part 6 provided at the distal end of the insertion part 5 and having a put-through hole 6a; a conductive electric conductor 7 put through the insertion part 5 so as to freely advance and retreat; an operation part 8 for operating the electric conductor 7 forward and backward along a direction of an axis L at the proximal end of the insertion part 5; a second electrode part 9 connected with the electric conductor 7 and put through the put-through hole 6a so as to freely advance and retreat; and an external connection part 10 connected to the electric conductor 7 electrically to put current having a prescribed frequency through the electric conductor 7 and the second electrode part 9. The second electrode part 9 appears and sinks from the distal end of the first electrode 6 according to forward/backward operation, and is connected electrically with the first electrode part 6 when it sinks into the first electrode part 6.
