<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for suppressing appearance of food allergy of infants/children having food allergy to eggs and cow milk, and promoting healthy growth for the infants/children. <P>SOLUTION: This food comprises forming using shortening, monosaccharide or disaccharide as thickening, biscuits which are highly palatable to infants/children, and contain microelements such as vitamin B<SB>2</SB>, pantothenic acid, calcium, vitamin B<SB>1</SB>, vitamin D, vitamin E, niacin, iron, zinc, and copper which are likely to become a shortage through controlling ingestion of eggs/cow milk of the infants/children having food allergy to eggs/cow milk.
