<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color filter for manufacturing a pixel without mixed color at a low cost, and to provide the color filter and a display device having the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the color filter having a pixel group comprising a plurality of pixels having two or more colors on a substrate, the pixels are mutually isolated from a deep color separation picture wall. The deep color separation picture wall satisfies the following condition. A photosensitive resin composition for forming the deep color separation picture wall formed on the substrate is relatively scanned and exposed, and thereafter developed to form a separation picture wall. Thereafter the pixels are formed by drop giving of a colored liquid composition.
