摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency in a photoelectric conversion device by the interaction among a transparent substrate having a transparent conductive film, a reflection suppression film, using a fine particle, and to provide a photoelectric conversion unit. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection suppression film 1 is formed on a glass plate 2. The reflection suppression film 1 contains fine particles, whose average grain size is 0.01μm or larger and 1.0μm or smaller, and has a surface on which irregularities are formed by exposing the fine particle. The transparent conductive film 4 is formed on a surface at a side opposite to the glass plate 2, the transmittance of rays at a wavelength region of 800-900 nm is set to at least 75%, in a state of a glass plate having a transparent conductive film. As the photoelectric conversion unit, at least a photoelectric conversion unit, including a photoelectric conversion layer of which the band gap, is 1.85 eV or smaller, for example, a crystalline silicon-based photoelectric conversion unit 6 of which the film thickness is, for example, 10μm or smaller is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
