PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal sheet capable of keeping the good adhesiveness of an adhesive and a metal sheet even after the elapse of a long time and capable of enhancing the adhesiveness with a resin product, a housing equipped with the resin coated metal sheet and an electric cell equipped with the housing.

SOLUTION: The resin coated metal sheet 10 is equipped with the substrate metal sheet 1 and the adhesive resin layers 2a and 2a formed on the outermost surface of at least one side of the substrate metal sheet 1. The adhesive resin layers 2a and 2a are based on a polypropylene resin and the thickness of each of the adhesive resin layers 2a and 2a is 15μm or below.
