<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment facilitating the purchase of a system by calculating a counter value according to use of the system. <P>SOLUTION: In this invention, the counter value of the system is calculated based on the use frequency of the system. This invention involves also the following modes.
