PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable container of which the occupied area after folding-up is reduced by making it possible to tuck the mutually opposite bi-directional sides of bottom walls, lid walls and side-walls into the inside. SOLUTION: The first side-wall is equipped with a protruding section in the lower part of the side-wall and in a connecting section which turns in the face of the second side-wall which intersects perpendicularly and a hinge section in the vicinity of the center, and furthermore, a flap, and when assembled, the flap supplements the lid wall, and when folded up, the first side-wall is folded up into the inside, the bottom wall and lid wall are folded into the inside, and the protruding section is folded up small and movably beneath the second side-wall.
