PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a present communication state of a communication machine cannot be reflected to a guide. SOLUTION: An HDD 12 stores a program for making a CPU 14 perform general processing required for guide processing, and a program for functioning the CPU 14 as a controller to be stored in the HDD 12 while corresponding GPS data to communication state data corresponding to the communication state of the communication machine 19. The HDD 12 stores voice data corresponding to guide voice, image data corresponding to guide image, map image data corresponding to map image, a link table showing correspondence of the GPS data to link data, a link cost table showing correspondence of the link to cost, and a communication state table showing correspondence of electric power value data to the communication state of the communication machine 19.
