PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prime mover capable of letting an object float and move in an arbitrary direction by utilizing a Tesla coil and a device for generating centrifugal force and being mounted on the object to be floated. SOLUTION: The Tesla coil and the device for generating centrifugal force are mutually combined to constitute the prime mover for floating and moving the object. A plurality of other magnets are rotated along a magnet attached to a ringlike housing by floating them by utilizing technology for a linear motor car to discharge for the magnet in the opposite direction to the direction for moving by utilizing the Tesla coil and prevent generation of centrifugal force.
