PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for rotary electric machine which is capable of solving problems of a radial fan and an axial fan and which has high cooling performance and little noise. SOLUTION: The radial fan 15 and the axial fan 14 for cooling the rotary electric machine 10 are installed behind the rotary electric machine 10 to integrate the radial fan 15 and the axial fan 14 with each other.
