PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a cooling fan that facilitates the mount of the cooling fan to an electronic apparatus even when there are limits in installation space of the cooling fan. SOLUTION: A circuit board 4 is provided with a board side opening 30 and a board side bolt insertion holes 32, the cooling fan 33 is provided with fan side bolt insertion holes 35, a fixing means includes fixing bolts 44 and female thread members 42 provided to a duct 34, the cooling fan 33 and a duct 34 are arranged opposite to each other on front and rear sides of the circuit board 4 in a manner of sandwiching the board side opening 30, the fixing bolts 44 are inserted to the fan side bolt insertion holes 35 and the board side bolt insertion holes 32, and the fixing bolts 44 are respectively screwed to the female thread members 42 to fix the cooling fan 33 and the duct 34 to the circuit board 4.
