PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which increase of a manufacturing cost is suppressed and noise can be reduced while keeping reliability. SOLUTION: The case 11 of the disk device has a rectangular base 10 whose upper surface is opened and a rectangular cover 15 screwed to the base. The cover has a plurality of first through holess 40 for screwing, which are provided at the four corners and at side edge center parts of respective long sides and where screws fastens a cover and the base are inserted respectively, and a second through hole 44 for screwing, which is provided to oppose to the pivot shaft 23 of a head actuator 14 and where a screw fastened to the pivot shaft is inserted. The cover is provided with a through hole 50 formed at a position including the centroid C of a triangle in a region opposing to a driving part, which is the region B of the triangle whose vertexes are the center of the second through hole, two centers of the first through holes nearest to the second through holes out of the first through holes.
