PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue wherein the percutaneous vivo exposure of a chemical substance can not be always sufficiently satisfied especially during continuous percutaneous exposure in the conventional way of thinking with respect to a method of estimating the accurate percutaneous vivo exposure of the chemical substance in a practical scene. SOLUTION: The method of estimating the percutaneous vivo exposure quantity of the chemical substance based on the percutaneous exposure due to the chemical substance formed intermittently during the whole elapsing period becoming a series of units has a step (1) for dividing the whole elapsing period into a plurality of partial elasping periods across the elapse time becoming discontinuous in skin adhesion quantity, a step (2) for setting the calculated values, which are calculated by multiplying the skin adhesion amounts corresponding to the elapse times during the respective divided partial elapse periods by the percutaneous absorbing speeds corresponding to the elapse times, as the integrated values during the partial elapse periods to calculate the sum total of them, a step (3) for totalizing the integrated values calculated during the respective partial elapse periods during the whole elapse period and a step (4) for determining the calculated value totalized in the previous step as the estimated percutaneous vivo exposure quantity.
