PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and usability of a protective shield and to provide the protective shield with an attacking function within a range not extreme. SOLUTION: A net-like reinforcement material of aluminum material or the like is buried in a protective plate mainly composed of a resin of high strength such as polycarbonate, and the protective plate is provided with a transparent or translucent small window or a flash means. Thus the protective plate is hardly cleaved by blades, can exercise sufficient strength to impact shock in being beaten, has high visibility to an attacking person, and makes the attacking person lose willingness to attack by emitting strong flashing when necessary within a range not excessively attacking.
