PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium circulating type heating apparatus capable of appropriately heating a space to be heated regardless of a difference in the degree of easiness in radiating heat to the outside. SOLUTION: The heat medium circulating type heating apparatus is provided with a heat source means G supplying a heated heat medium to a heating terminal 1 through a heat medium circulating line 2 and capable of adjusting a supply heat quantity supplied to the heating terminal 1; a control means 3 for carrying out the supply heat quantity adjustment control of determining target control conditions to increase the supply heat quantity per unit time in proportion to the increase of the actual heating load of the space R to be heated, and controlling the operation of the heat source means G under the determined target control conditions; and an index input means 4 inputting a radiation index showing the degree of easiness in radiating heat to the outside in the space R to be heated. The control means 3 is constituted to determine the target control conditions to increase the supply heat quantity per unit time when the actual heating load is the same in proportion to the increase of the degree of easiness in heat radiation indicated by the radiation index based on the radiation index inputted by the index input means 4.
