BIRD FLU VIRUS DEACTIVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle and highly effective bird flu virus deactivator. SOLUTION: The bird flu virus deactivator is such that iodine and a cyclodextrin are dissolved in a solvent. This deactivator may also contain an iodine-dissolving auxiliary and an iodine-cyclodextrin clathrate compound may be formed in the deactivator. This deactivator has strong effect against bird flu virus, being effective e.g. for disinfecting poultry barns. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
