PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder for a vehicle capable of realizing installation of the cup holder even in the vehicle in which an installation space of the cup holder cannot be ensured and efficiently warm-keeping or cold-insulating drink in a cup utilizing air-conditioned air without restricting blowing out of the air-conditioned air into a cabin. SOLUTION: An air duct 11 for leading the air-conditioned air into the cabin is constituted by a first air duct 111 and a second air duct 112 and the second duct 112 is fitted to the first air duct 111 so as to be removable/insertable along its longitudinal direction such that it is projected from a front end of the first air duct 11 to the outside of an instrument panel 1.
