PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure for a back door capable of improving design flexibility on a vehicle body side by accurately regulating a position of water drops from the back door side. SOLUTION: A guide member 7 is attached to a corner part of the back door body 2. A water receiving wall 9 having the width in a periphery portion outside direction of the back door body 2 and a dam wall 10 protruded from an outer edge of the water receiving wall 9 to the back door body front surface side are formed at the guide member 7. The water receiving wall 9 and the dam wall 10 are continuously provided to cross over a door upper edge from the door side edge of the back door body 2. Through-holes 12a, 12b penetrated through the water receiving wall 9, guiding the water drops on the back door body back surface side are formed in the water receiving wall 9. A guide wall 11 protruded on the back door body back surface side is formed on at least the periphery of the through holes 12a, 12b of the guide member 7, thus dropping the water drops passing through the through-holes 12a, 12b onto the drainage part on a door opening side.
