PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle rear monitoring device capable of facilitating a driver's rear confirmation before and during reversing a vehicle. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle rear monitoring device includes cameras 10R, 10L provided near both the rearmost ends of a vehicle 40 and at least one of display devices 20R, 20L displaying rear images picked up by the cameras 10R, 10L, at least before and during reversing the vehicle 40.
