PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dash panel structure of a vehicle capable of easily discharging the air in good performance at the time of electrodeposition coating without requiring much labor and expense and of accomplishing a good waterproofness. SOLUTION: The dash panel structure of the vehicle is formed through such procedures that at least a dash floor panel 1 and a cowl top 2 of a dash panel A to partition the engine room ER in the body front part of an automobile from the cabin IR are subjected to a rust preventive treatment by electrodeposition coating and that a paint seal 9 is applied to the seam of the joining parts 3 and 4 with each other of the two members as a waterproofing process, wherein the seam of the joining parts 3 and 4 with each other is provided with a through hole 7 for discharging the air at the time of rust preventive treatment, and the hole 7 is sealed with paint seal 9 at the time of waterproofing process.
