PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument, comparatively facilitating the operation for percutaneously lifting the internal tissue of a human body. SOLUTION: This percutaneously lifting instrument includes: a body formed of an elongated tube body; an elongated hole provided on the side surface in the vicinity of the tip of the body; a lifting part formed of a flexible wire material narrower and longer than the elongated hole, placed on the interior of the body to be caught on both ends of the elongated hole, and regulated from moving toward the tip; and a connecting rod formed of a bar material or wire material, and having the leading end side connected to the rear end side of the lifting part and the trailing end projecting from the rear end of the body.
