PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball receiving device and a pachinko game machine which can easily change the ball receiving status of game balls to a ball entrance, and can increase amusing property. SOLUTION: This ball receiving device has a first ball entrance 501, guiding members 502a and 502b which guide game balls, and two rotary members 503a and 503b which are rotatably equipped with intercepting sections 504a and 504b which intercept the passing of game balls with a predetermined shaft as the pivot. The ball receiving device forms the state that a path of game balls to the guiding members 502a and 502b is intercepted by the intercepting sections 504a and 504b, and the state that the path of game balls to the guiding members 502a and 502b is allowed. Thus, the ball receiving status of the game balls to the first ball entrance 501 can easily be changed, and at the same time, the amusing property of the game can be increased.
