PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow-type massager which can give massage to a subject on an area from his neck to shoulders in a lying position. SOLUTION: Treatment units have a pillow body 20 supporting the area from the head to shoulders of the patient, an air-bag attached to the pillow body 20, a supporting board contacted to the top surface of the air-bag and pivoted at the center of the longitudinal direction of the pillow body, and treatment fingers arranged on the top surface of the supporting board for pressing and stimulating the treatment section of the subject. In the pillow-type massager arranging the treatment units symmetry in respect of the center of the longitudinal direction of a pillow body, with an end of the supporting board supported at the longitudinal center of the pillow body and capable of tilting, a plurality of treatment units 40 and 50 are arranged at the right and left sides of the longitudinal center of the pillow body 20 according to the treatment section of the subject.
