PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate anxiety of directly exposing human body to a volatile substance in diffusing the volatile substance such as a deodorant, an air refresher, a moss repellent, etc., by using an electric fan into a life space in obtaining a comfortable life space. SOLUTION: The container 1 for diffusion of volatile substance containing the volatile substance 2 is provided with an inflow opening 4 for inflowing air into the container and an air discharging opening 5 for discharging the air, and the container 1 for diffusion of volatile substance is attached on the outflowing side of the electric fan 10 and the inflow opening 4 of the container 1 is attached so as to face the outflowing side of the electric fan 10 and the discharging opening 5 of the container 1 face to the outside of the region of air flow generated by the electric fan 10, and the volatile substance 2 in the container 1 is diffused out of the airflow generated by the electric fan 10.
