EXERCISE-ASSISTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise-assisting device where a space required for usage is reduced, and moreover the material strength of a support is reduced. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a seat part 3 for a user M to place his/her hips at least; the support 2 for supporting the seat part 3 at a home position; a load adjustment part 4 for adjusting the ratio of supporting by the seat part 3 in the dead weight of the user M so as to vary the load acting on the legs by the dead weight of the user M; and a driving mechanism part 6a for driving the load adjustment part 4 so that the rate of supporting by the seat part 3 in the dead weight of the user M varies with time. The load adjustment part 4 connects the seat part 3 to the support 2 so as to tilt a section for placing the hips in the seat part 3 between a first position to be horizontal and a second position so as to be inclinable downward toward the side of legs within a surface, including the respectively one thigh and hip of the user M.
