Nodes (901, 902) have the same address. Upon reception of a broadcast packet having TTL other than 0 from a ringlet (910a), forwarding circuits (51) of the nodes (901, 902) perform copy and transit, respectively. The address is learned according to the broadcast packet in which an address table (60) of each node is copied. Upon reception of a unicast packet destined to an address common to the two nodes from the ringlet (910a), the forwarding circuit (51) of the node (901) performs copy and transit while the forwarding circuit (51) of the node (902) performs strip so that each address table performs learning. A filter circuit of the node (902) inhibit packet passing from the ringlet (910a).
