A medical appliance comprising a base material, a polyimide film (A) and a polymer film (B) having a higher nitrogen content and /or a higher oxygen content than respective contents of the polyimide film (A). The appliance has the polymer film (B) on a part or the whole of the surface of the base material, and has the polyimide film (A) on the polymer film (B).
