A method for forming/operating a financial goods/PG(Payment Gateway) system selling goods at a discounted price is provided to enable a user to buy goods in real-time through cash or discounted purchase by combining an interest generated from financial goods and loan goods according to an advanced payment request. If delivery of a vendor is completed, a buyer company requests a proxy payment of a purchase price through a buyer terminal and a buyer card by receiving authentication from an authentication management server(P201). The buyer company inputs payment-related information including the total requested proxy payment amount and vendor information, and a main bank system checks whether the requested proxy payment amount is over a contracted or residual limit(P203). If the requested proxy payment amount is within the contracted or residual limit, a proxy payment process for the vendor is advanced(P204). A message approving the proxy payment request of the buyer company is displayed to a screen of the buyer terminal and a code generated from an operation server is transmitted to the buyer company. |
