<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening component for smoothing the distribution of lubricating oil from one end of a shaft member across a press-in member to the other end even when the pres-in member pressed in the midway of the shaft member exists, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A CVT sub-assembly 1 comprises an approximately columnar shaft 2 having serration teeth 21, 21 and oil path grooves 22 alternately arranged in the peripheral direction of the outer peripheral face, and an approximately cylindrical drum 3 to be pressed into the shaft 2.
