<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action monitoring system, monitoring the action state of a subject to grasp the level of recovery made by rehabilitation of the subject in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This action monitoring system includes: sensor units A11 to B 13 mounted in predetermined points of the body surface of the subject 10; and a center device 18 to which the data from the sensor units A11 to B13 can be transferred, and which determines the action state of the subject based upon the data from the sensor units A11 to B13. In the sensor units A11 to B13, the acceleration caused by the action of the subject 10 is detected by the built-in acceleration sensor. On the other hand, in the sensor device 18, the action state of the subject 10 is whether a standing state, a sitting state or a lying state based upon the data on acceleration transferred from the sensor units A11 to B13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
