PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket sale proxy server, a ticket sale proxy system, a ticket sale proxy method and a ticket sale proxy program, substitutionally performs ticket sales service by use of reading technique for information by a distribution code scan.

SOLUTION: This ticket sale proxy system 100 has the ticket sale proxy server 5 having: a distribution request data production means 55c producing transfer request data for creating at least two images of transfer codes set such that the images are continuously changed over and displayed in set display order and at a time interval set to allow a scanner device to read the images; and a ticket data production means 55g producing ticket data for creating at least two images of ticket codes set such that the images are continuously changed over and displayed in set display order and at a time interval set to allow a ticket issuing device 7 to read the images.
