<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top structure improved in pedestrian protecting performance. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular cowl top structure installed to a windshield lower panel supporting a front end of a windshield, comprises a bulging portion which is higher than the windshield lower panel and has a cross section of a generally reversed U-shape; and an attaching seat integrally formed on the bulging portion, attached to the windshield lower panel, and having a vertical wall from a bulging portion upper wall to the windshield lower panel.
