PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit substrate case in which only a pawl at a case side engaging with an engaging hole of a protective cover is transformed and a side wall of a case is not transformed, when the protective cover is attached so as to cover at least a part of a bottom wall of the case. SOLUTION: In the circuit substrate case consisting of a storage case 2 and the protective cover, at each recess 23 of both right-left side walls 5c, 5d of the storage case 2 there is respectively provided in the linked profile supporting strip 15 for outwardly supporting an engaging pawl 18 with a predetermined clearance. Consequently, even if the engaging pawl 18 is engaged with the engaging hole of the protective cover, only the supporting strip 15 can be transformed in the recess 23 without transforming any of both right-left side walls 5c, 5d of the storage case 2. Since any storage region of the storage case 2 does not change and any stress is not applied to a filling material with which the storage region is filled up, it is possible to prevent a crack from occurring in the filling material, and it is possible to satisfactorily ensure a protective capability by the filling material of a circuit substrate contained in the storage case 2.
