PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device capable of reducing sound generated from the storage device under a specific condition and capable of storing information even with reduced sound generation. SOLUTION: When recording request data 20 are received, a data control part 13 inquires of a determination part 15 whether an allowable condition is satisfied. When the determination part 15 determines that the allowable condition is satisfied, the data control part 13 stores the recording request data 20 in a first storage part 11, and when the determination part 15 determines that the allowable condition is not satisfied, stores the recording request data 20 in a second storage part 12. When the allowable condition is satisfied, the recording request data 20 stored in the second storage part 12 is read out from the second storage part 12 by the data control part 13 and stored in the first storage part 11.
