PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prepreg having good handleability and affording a fiber-reinforced composite material having excellent strength and feeling of a product when especially converted into a tubular body such as a golf shaft. SOLUTION: The prepreg is characterized in that the prepreg is composed of the following constituent element [A] and constituent element [B]:[A] a carbon fiber bundle having 3.8-5.5 GPa tensile strength, 180-220 GPa tensile modulus and 2-3% tensile elongation and [B] an epoxy resin composition containing a bifunctional epoxy resin having≥1,700 epoxy equivalents in an amount of 20-50 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the whole epoxy resin.
