PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deformation of an end plate part 37 generated in a process of compressing fluid by cylinder chambers 41 and 42, in a rotary compressor 10 in which a delivery valve 21 comprises a reed valve. SOLUTION: A recessed part 25 is formed on the back face side of the end plate part 37, and delivery passages 51 and 52 are opened in a bottom surface of this recessed part 25. The delivery valve 21 composed of the reed valve is arranged for opening and closing the delivery passages 51 and 52 with the bottom surface of the recessed part 25 as a valve seat surface. A reinforcing rib 26 extending in the longitudinal direction of the recessed part, is integrally projected in a bottom part of the recessed part 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
