PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image having a desired latent image on the surface of a base material easily in an extremely short time in a raised state by the difference of a light source such as the irradiation with light, the irradiation with ultraviolet rays, the irradiation with black light, the irradiation with fluorescence, etc. to hold the same over a long time. SOLUTION: This image forming material is constituted by forming at least an opaque pattern layer and a transparent pattern layer, which is composed of an ultraviolet transmitting part and an ultraviolet non-transmitting part, on the surface of the base material.
