PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method for relatively easily assembling a pipe member when assembling the pipe member to through-holes of a member having the through-holes, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: A pipe member assembly device 40 is provided with a pipe member holding tool 60 and a guide pin 80. The guide pin 80 is moved relatively to the through-holes 21f, 21g of a member 21 with holes. Consequently, a guide part 82 of the guide pin 80 can be inserted to the through-holes 21f, 21g of the member 21 with holes. The tip insertion part 81 of the guide pin 80 is inserted to the inner peripheral part of the assembling end part 32 of the pipe member 30 in a fitted state. The pipe member can be assembled to the through-holes by retreating the guide pin 80 relatively to the through-holes 21f, 21g while maintaining the fitted state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
