Provided is a DRM(Digital Rights Management)-based package content providing method. One or more individual contents contained in a package content package are first detected in response to a package content package purchase order received from a user terminal and a package right object that can be commonly used for all of the detected individual contents is generated. Then, each of the individual contents is encoded and content transmitting information containing the encoded individual contents and the package right object is generated and transmitted to the user terminal.
