The invention relates to a method of packing garments and to a garment container used in said method. The inventive method comprises the following steps in which: the manufactured garment (1) is folded flat and rolled to form a cylinder which is tightly inserted into an inner cylindrical container (2); the container is closed by means of gluing or heat sealing; the packed garment is labelled (25), provided with an anti-theft device (26) and a quality control label (27); and, subsequently, the aforementioned elements are inserted into an outer container (3) which is hermetically closed by heat sealing same along a transverse heat seal line (32) and lower (34) and upper (35) heat seal lines.
