[PROBLEMS] To develop a sheet-shaped base or a container having a structure for collecting a biological excretory substance such as nasal mucus or sputum and facilitating the utilization of the biological excretory substance in a medical examination, and a system for collecting a biological excretory substance by using the same. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A biological excretory substance is collected by using a bag type container, which is made of a sheet-shaped base comprising a flexible and porous material alone, a non-porous material alone or a composite material with the use of a flexible and non-porous material with a flexible and porous material, and then pooled in the container.
