摘要 Chitosan-polyethylene oxide hydrogel for tissue regeneration is provided to be used in preparing physiologically active hydrogel transfer material through chemical bonding of the chitosan-polyethylene oxide hydrogel with the physiologically active material by comprising chitosan derivative covalent bonded with compound having acrylate functional groups. The chitosan-polyethylene oxide hydrogel is prepared by cross-linking chitosan derivative which is covalent bonded with a compound having acrylate functional group, with another compound having thiol functional group. The acrylate functional group-containing compound is selected from a group consisting of acrylic acid, acrylamidoglycolic acid and 2-carboxyethyl acrylate. The thiol functional group-containing compound is any one selected from a group consisting of poly(ethylene oxide), peptide containing cystein amino acid, and protein. The transfer material containing physiologically active material is produced by carrying the physiologically active material in the formed chitosan-poly(ethylene oxide) hydrogel.
