摘要 A method for preparing loess rice wine is provided to obtain clean loess rice wine, which does not contain any lees causing belching of gas and contains large amount of loess water capable of intoxicating human body and mitigating hangover, by uniformly mixing prepared crude rice wine with loess. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing raw rice wine; (b) preparing loess powder; (c) mixing the raw rice wine with the loess powder; (d) preparing a suspended solution of the raw rice wine with the loess powder; (e) after ripening and precipitating the suspended solution, extracting loess rice wine; (f) after centrifuging the loess rice wine, removing loess, lees, and impurities therefrom so as to extract clean loess rice wine; and (h) after heating the clean loess rice wine, cooling it.
