<p>[PROBLEMS] A detector for detecting a different kind of object among objects being carried with high resolution using a plane spectrometer. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The detector comprises a carrying means (11), a near infrared ray irradiating means (4), a plane spectroscopy means (2) performing plane spectroscopy of reflected light, an imaging means (3), and an analyzing means (5) for detecting a different kind of object on the basis of the spectral data of reflected light by a main component analyzing method. The analyzing means (5) performs a preprocessing for averaging and standardizing the spectral data, a wavelength axis averaging processing, a Lagrange interpolation processing, a measuring position optimization processing, a spatial axis averaging processing, a conversion processing of first-order/second-order differentiation and smoothing, a main component score calculation processing of calculating the main component score from previously acquired loading vector data, and a judging processing of judging whether an object is of different kind or not.</p> |
