A system for checking information about the front surroundings of a vehicle is provided to secure safe driving by transmitting information about a tunnel area or a cornering section obtained by a monitoring camera, by wireless and displaying the front surroundings on a monitor terminal of the vehicle in real time. In a system for checking information about the front surroundings of a vehicle, a transmitting unit(10) includes transmitting antennas(11) installed in each section in front of the vehicle; monitoring cameras(12) mounted in each section in front of the vehicle to take a picture of the front area; a multiplexer(13) multiplexing and outputting the front surrounding information supplied from the monitoring cameras in the order of the forward driving direction of the vehicle; an encoder(14) compressing the front surrounding information multiplexed in the multiplexer into a digital signal; and a switcher(15) successively switching and outputting the digital signal of the encoder to the transmitting antennas according to an access route of the vehicle. A receiving unit(20) comprises a receiving antenna(21) receiving the digital signal supplied from the switcher; a decoder(22) converting the digital signal sent to the receiving antenna into an analog signal of the front surrounding information; and a monitor terminal(23) displaying the analog signal of the front surrounding information converted in the decoder.
