A capsule line type LED lamp is provided to seal both ends of a transparent pipe by fusing a cover plate which is tightened by a wire fixing member on the both ends of the transparent pipe. LEDs of various colors are mounted along an axis of a circuit board(210) so that light of the LED lamp is emitted linearly. A wire for providing a power is connected to a side of the circuit board(210). A polycarbonate transparent pipe(220) is inserted into the circuit board so that the circuit board(210) is protected in a radiation state. An emission hollow and an emission pin are formed on central and outer planes of an emission frame(230) so that a heat of the circuit board(210) is radiated. The emission frame(230) has an installation plane on which the circuit board(210) is installed. A polycarbonate cover plate(240) is melted by adhesives and is fused on both ends of the transparent pipe(220) so that the both ends of the transparent pipe(220) having the emission frame(230) are sealed. A wire fixing member(250) includes a nut(252), a packing ring(253), a hollow bolt(254), and a nut cap(258) so that the wire is fixed to the cover plate(240) to be watertight. The nut(252) and packing ring(253) are arranged on a plane and the other plane of the cover plate(240). The nut cap(258) is inserted into the wire and is connected to the hollow bolt(254), and shields a stepped unit of the hollow bolt(254).
