<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in the case of connecting and installing a valve, there is no conventional valve mechanism capable of generally coping with various causes including falling and torsion of a pipe although there is a conventional technique to adjust distance between a valve box and piping and to adjust displacement of opposing bolt insertion holes in a pipe circumference direction. <P>SOLUTION: In the position variable valve mechanism, a ring-shape flexible packing is fit to an outer circumference near an opening of at least one flow passage pipe part of the valve box. The position variable valve mechanism has a loose packing receiver for receiving a back face of the flexible packing and a packing gland member for pressing a front face of the flexible packing. As an adjusting bolt is inserted through a support flange provided on an outer surface of the valve box, the packing gland member and the loose packing receiver, the flexible packing, the loose packing receiver and the packing gland member can be integrally moved in a pipe axis direction by the adjusting bolt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
