<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational management system applicable to long-term rent for a fixed-term leasehold apartment. <P>SOLUTION: In this system constructed of a franchise system comprising a business owner and a landlord, credit worthiness is increased, and a usufruct matching a residual term of a building is sold. A content of infill is on a public view on the Internet according to a predetermined format for gathering tenants. A house plan can be examined as it is based on free designing, and history data about a content of a house are created.
