<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a WC-based cermet, wherein the excellent performances of the cermet can not be fully used because the cermet has low corrosion resistance although the cermet exhibits excellent wear resistance in a less corrosive environment. <P>SOLUTION: A film is formed by thermally spraying a powdery WC cermet thermal spraying material containing, as essential components, by mass, 5-30% Cr, 5-30% Mo and 0.5-15% Fe to WC as binder components and further 0-4% W, 0-3% Co, and 0-2% Cu as selective addition components by a high speed flame thermal spraying method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
